| MEDICAL LECTURES - Radiation Protection Officer (Medical) Sunset Clause - Category 3 |
This course will equip registered RPOs with essential knowledge and skills to uphold safe radiation practices in their respective professional settings, in line with the requirement of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 (Act 304).
COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES:
-To understand the fundamental principles and ensure compliance with Act 304 and Ministry of Health regulations.
-To implement safe handling practices, appropriate shielding, and operational protocols to reduce radiation exposure in clinical settings.
-to identify common radiation-emitting devices used in clinical, dental and veterinary practice, including classification and applications.

PPS (P) Category 3: RPO registered in GP Clinics, Dental Clinics, and Veterinary Clinics
