| The following are our refund policy: |
| 1. |
Participants may request to change date at no extra cost or penalty if made at least 2 weeks before the event date. These changes may be done online. |
| 2. |
If the request is made within 2 weeks of the event date, 50% only will be refundable. All request must be made in writing. |
| 3. |
If the request is made after the event or in the case of no show, the whole amount will be forfeited. |
| 4. |
Refund claims will only be processed after the nominated event date has passed. |
| 5. |
Vouchers or coupons are not exchangeable in cash. |
| 6. |
NR Medical has the right not to make any refund if there are irregularities in the registration or payment. |
